The Old Brewer is true to the origins of the gastropub concept, which first began in London more than 30 years ago. Gastropubs gave chefs a chance to bring their energy and desire to innovate to a wider audience, and to serve food worthy of a fine restaurant in a relaxed environment.
These same gastropub pioneers also sought to retain all the best elements of pub hospitality: great beers, fine wines, and an atmosphere where you feel like you are here to relax on your own terms. Tim Barbour and Morre Varli are proud to bring their gastropub The Old Brewer to Stockholm.
